🍰 Sweet Corner Cakes – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sweet Corner Cakes!
By placing an order online, in-store, or through our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies protect both our customers and our small business. Please review before checking out.

🧁 Orders & Payments

All orders placed online are paid in full at checkout.
Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and cannot be modified.
Please review all details (flavor, size, design, pickup date/time) before submitting your order.
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

🎂 Cancellations & Changes

All sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is processed.
Design or date changes may be considered within 24 hours of purchase, depending on production status.
After that time, no changes can be made.

📦 Pickups & Storage

Pickup hours:
Thursday–Friday: 4 PM – 7 PM
Saturday: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Orders not picked up during scheduled times are considered forfeited.
Once an order leaves our store, Sweet Corner Cakes is not responsible for damage from handling, transportation, or storage.
Keep cakes refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving for best results.

🚗 Deliveries

Delivery available for 3-tier or larger cakes only, starting at $3 per mile (round trip) from Bedford, OH.
Delivery must be arranged and paid before the event date.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

💳 Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order is considered fraudulent activity.
Sweet Corner Cakes maintains timestamped photos, order records, and pickup confirmations as proof of fulfillment.
Fraudulent disputes will be contested with your bank and may result in a permanent customer ban.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us directly so we can help resolve it professionally.

❌ Refunds & Store Credit

All payments are non-refundable.
Because our products are custom and perishable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
In rare cases where Sweet Corner Cakes is unable to fulfill an order, store credit will be issued.

📸 Photos & Marketing

Sweet Corner Cakes reserves the right to photograph all products for marketing and social media use.
Customer photos may be shared with credit.

⚠️ Allergies & Food Safety

All items are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Please disclose any allergies before ordering.
